Proverbs 15 A Gentle Answer Quiets Anger but Abrasive and Harsh Words Stirs up Anger.

Abigail
Proverbs 15:1-5 King James Version

 1.  A Soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.
 2.  The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness.
 3.  The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.
 4.  A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit.
 5.  A fool despiseth his father's instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent.

A Gentle Answer Quiets Anger but Abrasive and Harsh Words Stirs up Anger.
I am going to be talking about Abigail tomorrow on “A Morning Cup of Word” on live365.com/stations/thecrowngem  7:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST

When wise people speak knowledge, they become attractive, the Bible lets us know that stupid people, you will find, always spouts out nonsense that will bring forth irritating behavior that will always cause problems.  It is in Proverbs chapter 15 that Solomon teaches us how to keep the peace, which is having harmonious relations; free from disputes.  Solomon says it is by answering in soft words which will enable you to plead your case better, when what you are seeking is being requested with meekness and compassion.  Fussing and cussing never solves any thing.

Clark’s Commentary on Proverbs 15:1 says it like this;
“A soft answer- Gentleness will often disarm the most furious, where positive disagreement has not taken place; one angry words, will always beget  another for the disposition of ones spirit always  begets its own likeness in another; thus kindness produces kindness and rage produces rage. Universal experience confirms this proverb.”

In other words, it takes two to tango and it takes two to have an argument. We should always take a minute or two to pray before we speak, especially when we are answering people who do not know Jesus.  Angry and furious words bring in return angry and more furious words

Let look at more of what Proverb 15 has to say  about our speech.

Proverb 15:7 King James Version.
7.  The lips of the wise disperse knowledge: but the heart of the foolish doeth not so.

A mild and submissive, yielding answer to a person who is angry or who blows up., in return turns away the wrath; it prevents the argument from escalating.   Here is a good example of a wise person who is known for being not only very intelligent, but was considered to be a good looking woman  in appearance Abigail.

I Samuel 25:14-42 King James Version

Abigail was the wife of Nabal.  Some scholars believed this was an arrange marriage. Abigail was known to be beautiful woman incontinence and in formed.  The Bible informs us  in the opening of this chapter that the prophet Samuel had just died and all of Israel had gathered themselves together to celebrate his life and to mourn his death.  However, the Bible also shows us that during this time, David is force to  go into the wilderness of “Paran.” Why is he there? David is hiding from King Saul.

Now in order to really be able to understand the story and why I am using this portion of scripture to teach you why you should watch your speech, I will have to explain to you a little something about Paran.  The word “Paran” means to tear, rend a garment.  Paran was located in the wilderness area south of Judea, west of Edom, and north of Sinai.  I want you to know and understand that there is a lot of history in this geographical area.  It is a place where Israel had camped after leaving Sinai during the Exodus and had sent twelve spies to explore the Promised Land from Kadesh which was located in Paran.

Numbers 10:11-12 King James Version
11.  And it came to pass on the twentieth day of the second month, in the second year, that the cloud was taken up from off the tabernacle of the testimony.
12.  And the children of Israel took their journeys out of the wilderness of Sinai; and the cloud rested in the wilderness of Paran.

Numbers 13:3 King James Version
3.  And Moses by the commandment of the Lord sent them from the wilderness of Paran: all those men were heads of the children of Israel.

Numbers 13:26 King James Version
26.  And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the fruit of the land.

Chedorlaomer turned back his military campaign at Padan (Genesis 14:5-7) Ishmael made his home there after Abraham forced him and Hagar to leave (Genesis 21:21).  King Hadad of Edom eluded Joab by going through Paran to Egypt (I King 11:17-18).  Mount Paran appears to a poetic parallel to Mount Sinia (Deuteronomy 33:2).

Now I really want you to understand what makes Abagail so exceptional surpassing what is the common reaction when facing a trial.   I am always so amazed at people who come out of the worst and greatest  wicked environments and worst situations; yet they have that gentle quite spirit that Galatians 5: 22-23 speaks about.

Galatians 22:22-23 King James Version
22.  But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23.  Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Let me describe to you the place Abigail lived at.  Paran is a place where there is no water.  It was a dry land with no or little rain, dry river beds arid.  What lived there were scorpions and serpents. You know planet earth is the type of wilderness. You know water symbolizes the Holy Spirit and right now people, all around the world are praying for the revival. They are praying that the Holy Spirit will rain down on the earth and give life to the church.  In the wilderness of Paran, people who live there are faced with all types of predatory anthropoid’s animals.  The inhabitants face animals that have grasping legs and venomous stingers. This is a very dangerous place to live.  The wilderness of Paran is a scary place that provokes fear and terror.  However, Paran is place where God’s glory will and does show up.  This is the place where Abigail lived at I want you to understand that in spite of her environment she still knew how to talk to people.

Let look at some scriptures where in spite of the environment or the situation God’s glory still shows up.

Habakkuk 3:1-4 King James Version
1.  A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet upon Shigionoth.
2.  O Lord, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O Lord, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
3.  God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise.
4.  And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.

Deuteronomy 5:24 King James Version
24.  And ye said, Behold, the Lord our God hath shewed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God doth talk with man, and he liveth.

Where are they at? They are in the wilderness there at the place where there is no water and it is arid, dry.  Venomous animals with stingers are all around.  Yet God shows up with His Glory.  So the question is this or the answer is this, if you happen to be in an environment where there are venomous animals all around you, maybe at your work place, or neighborhood, rest assure that God’s glory will show up; rest assure that God will lead you out of that wilderness into your promise land.  In fact you cannot get to your promised land unto you go through the wilderness.  You will find out that in the wilderness the Lord will shine forth so just give those scorpions and snakes a gentle answer.

Another thing I want you to understand about Paran is that you won’t stay there forever you are just passing through.  It is just a journey, an act of traveling from one place to another. Paran is your doorway to your promotion. Therefore, why get upset with them why not just gives them a gentle answer and take the sting out of the stinger.

When Abigail live in the wilderness of Paran, she had no idea that she would end up becoming the bride of a King.  She was already married to a man by the name of Nabal, who was from the town of Maon. The Bible lets us know that this was a very wealthy man.  He was rich, and prosperous he was the owner of 3000 sheep and over 1000 goats. Abigail, who was his wife at the time, and who was not looking for a husband, was married to this ungrateful, self center and self absorb man.  However Abigail was very beautiful and the Bible lets us know that she was intelligent too.

However Nabal was a man with the venomous nature so he fit right at home in the wilderness with the rest of the scorpions and serpents he had a lot in common with them.

Nabal one day, took his sheep to be shared in Carmel and David was there in the wilderness heard about it, so that it is sent ten young men with orders to go find Nabal.  David approaches Nabal in the right manner however, Nabal response was rude and venomous, and it was intended to strike deep ill will; deliberately harmful and malicious.

I Samuel 25:4-6 King James Version
4.  And David heard in the wilderness that Nabal did shear his sheep.
5.  And David sent out ten young men, and David said unto the young men, Get you up to Carmel, and go to Nabal, and greet him in my name:
6.  And thus shall ye say to him that liveth in prosperity, Peace be both to thee, and peace be to thine house, and peace be unto all that thou hast.

David is sending greetings to a person that he thinks is his friend.  David speaks blessings over Nabal family.   David says I hear you are shearing your sheep; just wanted to let you know we have not touched not one of your sheep, but have protect them.  Nothing that did not belong to us was ever taken.  Were going to be in your area on a feast day and all we are asking of you is if you can receive us kindly give us what you can.

David men deliver the message to Nabal in David name and Nabal said, “David?” “Who is he?”  “I have never heard of him.” Now that was a venomous strike.  Then Nabal goes on to say this. “The country is full of run away slaves nowadays.”

I Samuel 25:8-11 King James Version
8.  Ask thy young men, and they will shew thee. Wherefore let the young men find favour in thine eyes: for we come in a good day: give, I pray thee, whatsoever cometh to thine hand unto thy servants, and to thy son David.
 9.  And when David's young men came, they spake to Nabal according to all those words in the name of David, and ceased.
10.  And Nabal answered David's servants, and said, Who is David? and who is the son of Jesse? there be many servants now a days that break away every man from his master.
11.  Shall I then take my bread, and my water, and my flesh that I have killed for my shearers, and give it unto men, whom I know not whence they be?

I am not going to take my bread and water, and the animals  I have butchered for my sheepshearers, and give  them to men who come from I don’t know where.

David is tick off, and decides to have all his men to buckle their swords and left with 400 men, leaving 200 hundred behind.  However, it happen that one of Nabal’s servants told Abigail that David had been insulted by her husband Nabal and how David and his men had been good to her husband, by protecting her husband and his property for him.  They knew, without a shadow of a doubt that this situation was going to be disastrous for Nabal and Abigail if something wasn’t done to smooth things over.   Abigail thinks and reacts quickly and gathers 200 loaves of bread, two leather bags full of wine.  Five roast sheep, two bushels  of roasts grain, 100 bunches of raisins and 200 cakes of dried figs and  had them loaded on donkeys.   Abigail was smart enough, not to say anything to her husband about it she use what we call hush mouth grace.

Abigail riding on her donkey runs into David.  No sooner Abigail sees David; she jumps off of her donkey and throws herself to the ground at David’s feet and starts  pleading for her life and saying she was the one who was at fault.  She takes the blame for what her husband did and tells David, look “Nabal is a good for nothing in fact, that’s what his name means, “good for nothing.” It is the kind words of Abigail that’s saves a lot of people, including her husband, from the sword of David.  She even tells David, “I know the Lord’s going to make you King of Israel.”

The Bible lets us know that after Abigail begs for David’s forgiveness, she goes back home, but does not tell Nabal what happen and what she gave to David and his men until the morning when Nabal has sober up.  Well all ends well, Nabal has stroke and dies and David marries Abigail. Just think what would have happen if Abigail had used harsh words against David and her husband.  However Abigail ends up becoming the wife of the King of Israel.  J.

 Morning Cup Biblical Trivial Questions

How many commandments are there?

There are Ten (10)
Exodus 20:7-17 King James Version

Morning Cup Faith without Works is Dead Meditation
I will work to free myself from old guilt. Knowing that I am a worthy person, I will find the strength to endure in Jesus name.

Our Teaching  for This Month is this!

“Can You Really Have a Family without the “Father” in the Midst?”
What I am asking is “can you have a family without “God” who is called “Father” not being in your environment,  or having a place in your life. Can you have a family without God giving you the strength to endure what is to come in these last and evils days as you tried to provide food, and  a roof for your family and meet their emotional needs all at the same time. Can you really do it without God?

The reason I am saying this is, because The word “Family” is a “derivative” of the Word Father: When  I use the word “derived” or “derivative” what I am saying is that the idea, language, term, or other things concerning a group of people that live under one roof  or one household,  was developed from this word “Father” into something that is similar to it.  Remember, it was God, the “Father,” which created the very first “family” in the Garden of Eden; the first family was Adam and Eve. In addition, our first ministry is the “family” not the pulpit, but the “family.” Therefore, “can you really have a “family” without the “Father” in the Midst?”

This is what I will be talking about tomorrow on “A Morning Cup of Word” on Live365.com/stations/thecrowngem.  I am no longer on Face Book, after many attempts to let Face Book know that some one had got into my account, I decided it was time to let that site go.  God bless you!

 God is Father
The Bible lets us know, without a shadow of a doubt, that God is “Father”. Many may be asking what a Father is. It is hard to know what a father is if you have never experience having a father in your life. God as Father is the creator of all spirits in the flesh, God is the creator of everything.  I never knew my  father,  I never saw him. At this time and period in my life I doubt seriously if I will ever know my father.  I do not know why I was not able to see him or know him, but I do know that I was conceived in sin, my mother and my father were not married and this is the reason I have suffered not having a family, they did not have a relationship with each other that is accordingly  to the scriptures, and when that happens the next generation always suffers.    They, my mother and father at the time, did not have a relation with God  and He was not in their midst therefore, they were not in mine.

My father abandon me when I was a child. Again as I mention earlier I do not know what he looks like; I cannot tell you if I have his eyes or hair or skin complexion.  I do not know what he is likes or what he does not like.  Do I have sisters and brothers from him? I don't know.  I know nothing about him because he was never in my midst.   My biological father did not raise me, he did not live in the home with me.  He never pray with me or for me and he did not tuck me into bed at night, because he was not around I was abuse as a child by my step father.   I might have seen him in the park or on a bus, but was not able to recognize him as being my father. You know this can happen to you concerning God, our spiritual Father, where you can see God and still not recognize God as being your Father.

I think not having a defined understanding of what a father is suppose to be is one of the biggest hindrances in people coming to the Lord, and accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Not being able to relate to God as a Father is hard because most people, in our society, do not know what a father is because they never experience having a father.  Most do not know what a child is because they never had a chance to be a child or their innocence was take from them at an early age.  They are not able to recognize what fathering is all about, or what is  the place or a position of  a father.  What role is a father supposed to play in their lives?   If you don’t know this stuff you  will not, be able to be a father and as a child you will  not be able to recognize what a father is and the role you are suppose to play as their child.  Nevertheless, the Bible tells us that God is our Father, therefore I think before I can go on any further with this teaching, I need to explain to you what a father is all about.

What is a Father?

A father is a man who “engendered” a child, meaning produce, beget, and bring forth human life.   A father is a male parent or a man who is related or connected, to his child or children. A basic element in fatherhood is to be able to relate to their origins, to the roots,  the ancestry in bringing things of that person into existence. One of the problems that the Afro Americans are face with is that we are not able to relate to our roots or our ancestry from Africa, because that was taken from us during slavery and it does affect the progress, of a people or nation spiritually, and emotionally  if a group does not know anything about their ancestry.    Believe it  or not that loss of heritage is still affecting Afro Americans to this day.  We  have become a person or people who do not know who we are because we did not know who our fathers were.

The word “father” was use as a way of referring to one’s ancestors.

Psalms. 22:4 KJV
4. Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them

A child must learn how to trust, believe and have faith in God, by watching and observing his or her father trust in God. However, if your father is not there, in the home with you, because of divorce or if you have a history were your family was separated because of slavery,  going back several generations, then you can not and will not know what your father or fathers beliefs are concerning God and the things of God because they have not been there to teach you and to rehearse in your hearing all that God has done for them.     It is through our “fathers” our human fathers and our ancestors, that we learn and read how they put their trust in God, and this is how we learn, how God brought them out of their different struggles, and how our fathers called upon God in their time of danger and difficulties. It is through our fathers speaking to us about God that we hear about the miracles that God used to bring them out, this must be passed down from generation to generation by the fathers.

It is important to our sons to know that our fathers called upon God and God did answer them, and they were able to escape from all of their troubles and dangers.   It is the fathers that teach the children how to trust God. It is the fathers that will tell the children how God enable them to escape from danger and disappointments.  However, if there are no fathers in the home or in the midst how will they learn? “Can you really have a family without the “Father” in the midst?”

Hebrew 1:1 KJV.
1. God who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in times past unto the fathers by the prophets.

In this portion of scriptures the Bible is letting us know that God in the past times spoke to our ancestor, to our fathers, many, many times; in numerous different ways through the prophets to His people and their children.  These were holy men who were being lead, inspired and stirred  by the Spirit of the Living God to write all that they heard and saw God do, and leave these messages to their children to guide them in their decisions.  We learn that a child learns how to listen to God by watching his or her father listening to God, and reading the word to them, and then by going to church to worship God. It is through watching their fathers that they learn about the "Father."  Look here is a good scripture that really breaks it down to us and explains to us how a father is to command his children.

Genesis 18: 18-19 King James Version
18.  Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?
19.  For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice and judgment; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.

Abraham was chosen because God knew that Abraham would command, direction or instruction,  his sons and his descendants to obey Him, but if the father is not in the home then the father cannot command, order, or control what the child is learning and believing concerning God.  However, the point is this God picks and had chosen Abraham, because God knew that Abraham would command his sons and descendants to obey the Lord and do what is right in the eyes of the Lord.

Abraham Means “Father” of many Nations.
Genesis 17:5 KJV
5. Neither shall thy name any more be Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee

H1471 ×’ּוֹ×™ ×’ּוֹ×™ gowy (go'-ee) (rarely (shortened) goy {go'-ee}) n-m.
1. a foreign nation
2. (hence) a Gentile
3. (figuratively) a troop of animals, or a flight of locusts
[apparently from the same root as H1465 (in the sense of massing)]
KJV: Gentile, heathen, nation, people.
See also: H1465

Abraham means father of many nations, “gentile” nations.   God is blessing him with posterity, and (posterity is people who will live after your death, the people or children that come after you, in the future). Abraham would be the ancestor of many nations.  Therefore, we learn that a father is also an originator, founder, or an inventor. The Bibles speaks about God as the Father the originator, inventor or creator and the source of all things. In this portion of scriptures Abraham will be the father of those that will have faith in God.

Number 16:22 KJV
22.     And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation.

This scripture proves that God is the originator, founder and inventor and creator of the world this is what a “father” is all about.

Isaiah. 64:8 KJV
8. But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

In other words, God created us all.

 Mal 2:10 KJV
10.     Have we not all one father? Hath not one God created us? Why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers

One God, one Father has created us all yet, we are all breaking away from what God has taught us all through our fathers and we are profaning the Word God.  There is a video that I just put up that shows us how men are profaning the family and what the Bible say is a family.    What ends up happening is we begin to despise the agreement we have with God the Father; the agreement, and covenant that God made with them, our fathers that we are suppose to honor.  We start profaning the covenant meaning, corrupting and  perverting morally ourselves, by intemperance or lack of control from sensuality, erotic desires that the Word of God tells us not to do and yet in spite of all our fathers told us God wanted us to do and be in Him, we continue to go against the Word of God, that God gave to our fathers for us to obey.

Luke 3:38 KJV
38.     Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.

It is in this portion of scriptures we learn that Jesus is the son of Abraham by whom all families  on the earth are blessed for Abraham is father that brought forth families.  Luke gives Jesus humanity throughout  this book.  Luke  give Jesus a biological family, a father and a mother, which is something that our society no longer believes in.   Luke gives Jesus a family tree and shows us that Jesus is not only God but He is Man as well.

We will learn, if we look at the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, we will see that Adam is a son of God which makes God Father.   What do you mean you may be wondering?  Adam was the son of God because he did not come from a woman’s womb.  There was no woman that carry him in the womb for 9 months.  Adam was created by God, he was from and fashion by the hand of God from the earth and received the breath of life from God.  This is what makes him a son of God.  Therefore, since we all come from Adam we too are son’s of God, which makes God Father.   Adam became the unique father of all of mankind or the race of men.   Therefore, because Adam is the son of God that makes us sons of God too because we all come from Adam, through the body of a woman.

Therefore it is the responsibility of a father to correct his children and to teach them what God expects from us.   It is a known fact that children that comes from homes where there is no father end up more likely to be in and out  of the court system.

http://thefatherlessgeneration.wordpress.com/statistics/

Hebrew 12:9 KJV

9. Futhermore we have had fathers of our flesh  which corrected us, and we
gave them reverence:  shall we not much rather be subjection unto the Father
of spirits, and live?

It is a statistical fact that there are a high level of behavior disorders with children that do not have fathers  and mothers in the home.  Children that do not have fathers and a mother in the home will drop out of high school or just get pass through. Children without fathers in the home will more then likely suffer from child abuse.   Daughters that have been raise in homes without fathers will more then likely raise their children alone themselves. The sad facts is this; with all of these statistics’ showing us that God’s way is the right way, you would think our country would be trying to have the traditional family reestablished; instead we are fragmenting the family even more so with the same sex marriages laws. My question is this, in 20 years what will our country look like, what problems will our nation have  to face and what type of protection will our nation be able to provide against our enemies, since we are  having all these abortions, and  same sex marriage. Who will birth the children?  The truth is this there will be no one to fight our enemies, we will have a nation of old people, since we do not believe in being fruitful and multiplying any more.

Where there are fathers and mothers in the home, you find there is more financial stability in the home and the children have more of a chance of climbing up the economic ladder.  Even though statistics shows that those families that have a father and mother in the home do better then those that don’t, our society is still pushing families that God has not ordain and that does not fit how God has created us to be and now they are trying to change the Bible.   God knows what it will take for us to live a good life on this earth because it is God that created us.

James 1:17 KJV

17.     Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father or lights, with whom is no varibleness, neither shadow of turning.

Now if this is a normal family why would you need a third party to become a surrogate mother.  Why would you need  someone who would be willing to takes the place of another person to bring forth your children, if this is normal; just that fact that you have to have another person to carry these children in their womb and then to give these children away to a stranger by Biblical standards, is not normal by no means it shows that the woman who participate in giving away her children, lacks natural affections even four legged creatures don’t do that.  But they said something that shows where our country is at and where President Obama has shamefully leaded us to, that now we are going to change the Bible.  To change what constitutes a family, we have now become the potter and we are trying to get God to become the clay.

Isaiah 45:9 King James Version
9.  Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?

In other words, we as clay pots are not to argue or change God’s laws on how he has created us to be. We cannot express complaints, discontent, displeasure, or unhappiness because God has an order, then decide we are going to have a family of our own choosing and hire a surrogate mother to give us a family that is not scriptural and then say we are going to change  what a family is and make it Bible.  To do that is to say that God has no skills, and that God was wrong for making us the way He created us to be.   I will change the order of things, I will do that which God considers to be an abomination and I do not care how it hurts the nation, as a whole, as long as I do what I want to do even though 20 years from now this choice will destroy this country.   Thank you President Obama for bringing this country further down the drain of despair.

God Is Awake!

Isaiah 51:9
God is Awake!
I am amaze at times to see that something which was written many, many years ago can come to past exactly the way it was written thousand and thousands of years before it actually happen.  This is what I love about the Bible is the prophecies and how they are coming  to past concerning Jesus Christ death, burial and resurrection and end-times events.   Isaiah writes about the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ with so much accuracy, precision and so much truth, that I am at “awe” every time I read a portion of scripture from the Book of Isaiah.

The portion of scriptures I felt lead to read this morning was Isaiah 51 and the key verse is 9.
9.  Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?

It is always a good ideal to find out why a book is written and what was going on in the days of Isaiah when the book was compose and then try to learn how does what the people then went through relates to  me and what our nation is going through today.

With out doing the above mention, you will not get a total understanding of the political climax that was going on in that day.   Just reading Isaiah 51, this morning, the first thing that came to me as I was listening and reading this whole chapter, was that it was very important not to fear man.

Do not fear what is going on in the Ukraine, or what is going on in the news, because man is frail, fragile and weak.  We, meaning those of us who are in Christ Jesus, must stay strong in our faith in Christ Jesus, despite all that we are seeing taking place in news.   We have to understand that there is a lot that is taking place that would get your eyes off of the power of the Cross of Jesus Christ, nevertheless the Church must know and understand that God is still in control.

This portion of scripture in Isaiah 51 was written to comfort the people, God is trying to bring consolation; giving relief in affliction to His people. This section is intended for the comfort and support of those that fear God and keep his commandments. Some scholars feel that this portion of scriptures was proposed for the hold up of the captives in Babylon; however it is not known for sure.  However, the people were in need of comfort.   When you are going through something it is a good thing for God to bring us comfort, and we should also bring each other comfort this is what God is doing in Isaiah chapter 51.    I hope my writings bring whoever is reading this some type of comfort.

Right now this is a good word for me and I am going to tell you why.  Because here in America you do not have the freedom to say or preach the Word of God the way you want.  Soon you will not be able to live a Christian life the way you want, or people will use your words or actions of living “Holy” to say you are judging and hating others, just for speaking and living the truth that is in God’s Word. However, God wants us to know that it was He that raised the church out of nothing. Therefore, God is quite capable of taking care of us.  God wants us to know that righteousness, which is the adhering, to be compatible and in accordance, to moral principles of the Bible or God’s Word is still the right way to go.  Salvation is the deliverance, rescue, recovery and escape from the destruction of sin, has been and is design for His Church.  Those that would take it upon themselves to become the persecutors of the church are weak; wanting in moral strength, courage, or will; and they are dying creatures. Because of them being weak in this portion of scriptures, God wants the church to know, and understand that they  do not need to fear, He’s got Us; the Church is in the palm of His Powerful Hand.

We Must Understand
We as Believers in Christ Jesus must understand that God is creator of the world. Man is a dying creature that thinks he knows everything. God has given us the power of the Holy Ghost for not only our comfort, but God has given unto us the Holy Ghost for our protection.

God has given the church power.  In Isaiah 51 we can see that the church was in a terrible condition in that day.  The church, like many who do not like to admit, is in a terrible condition today, especially here in the United States. But the organize church must understand, and watch what they speak, so that they do not  bring condemnation on themselves and in spite of all God will and is dealing with Obama, and those like him in leadership here in the United States,  who goes against His Word, no one gets away with anything.

I think some of the Whites in the Body of Christ are starting to get that, because we, as Afro-Americans who are born again, have been trying to get them to see this since Obama was elected President in 2009, that God put him in that White House and that God will use him to get what God wants done, done in United States and if President Obama does not repent, he too will face eternal separation from God.   Our attitude towards Obama should be this and this only.  President Obama is a sinner that needs salvation, Obama is not saved or a part of the church and we should not speak evil on him, but pray that God saves his soul from destruction.    The sad thing about this is Obama does not know that he is an oppressor and a persecutor of the church.  He really thinks he is saved and in right position with God.  That is why we have to pray for him.

God then in Isaiah 51 and God even today want the church to know that these persecutors and oppressors shall and will shortly be reduced to nothing, therefore be careful what you say about Obama and others in leadership because what you speak says what is in your heart.
Luke 6:54 King James Version
45.  A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

Matthew 12:33-35 King James Version
33.  Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.
 34.  O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
 35.  A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
Therefore, we see your fruits too and will not support your ministries.

It is in the remaining parts of this portion of scriptures in Isaiah 51, that we see God telling the church to wake up and smell the coffee, and stop speaking and acting out of a spirit of anguish.  God people must call upon Him and not speak hate and war against the sinner, or unbeliever.  God’s people know this, so why are we falling for the trick of Satan.

God sends His people words of consolation; God is calling us to hearken to the Word of God.  God is telling us in these last days to follow after righteousness, which is to adhere to moral principles set in the Word of God.

Yes we are living in an idolatrous nation, so did all of God’s people who separated themselves unto God. Abraham was taken from an idolatrous family in Ur of the Chaldees.  Abraham family was conceived in iniquity, meaning Abraham was raised up in a culture that was absence of moral or spiritual values. The people in Ur of Chaldees were shaped in sin, meaning they were like you and I were given direction to; be an influence by sin from the day they came out of the womb of their mothers.  We are all products of our environment. That is what it is meant to be born of flesh.  But Abraham became faithful to God in spite of the world around him. He was the only man, which became faithful to God in a world of sinners.  Yet, Abraham multiplies and was fruitful. he was called out alone, in a world of sinners and idolaters, yet God multiplies his faith on to us who believe in Jesus Christ.  So God is telling us to stop fretting over what is going on in the World. Putin in Russia is just a man, that can not keep himself from the grave and God will judge him for all the people he has hurt, and is hurting.

Therefore, God is telling the church to stop fretting over these sinners in congress, Democrats and the Republicans and around the world.   Watch what you are saying about them, just pray for them. Let the Word of God encourage you to depend upon the promise of God even when a sentence of death seems to be upon all that leads to the performance of it. Particularly let the Word of God encourage the captives in this modern day Babylon, though it appears that we are reduced to a small number, and few of us righteous followers of Jesus Christ are left, to praise God’s Holy and Righteous name. Stay encourage, is what I hear God saying to me this morning.

I am going to stop right here for today, I just want to encourage you that God got us.  God is with us and God Loves us. God is awake, He is not asleep, do not fret, God is with us and God is fighting for us right now.

Isaiah 51:9 New International Version
9 Awake, awake! Clothe yourself with strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in days gone by, as in generations of old. Was it not you who cut Rahab to pieces, who pierced that monster through?
